It's important for each individual to look after themselves to the best of their abilities, while having a level of discipline and fun at the same time.

Always prioritise yourself and the importance of solitude. Not every thought needs to be expressed, some things are best kept to yourself.

Respect, listening and mutual understanding without excessive communication, vulnerability, a bit of patience and a healthy lifestyle of course for longevity.

Lack of self-care, negligence, smoking.
