Looking to meet someone around Ottawa

Looking to meet the right woman with good family values. I have a Master's degree and teach at a small local college. I am a heritage-speaker of Armenian (but I am not from the Republic of Armenia). Attended a Russian-language school. So, speak Russian as my second native (have no other connection to Russia). I'm a soft-spoken guy. Don't like the fast and loud crowd. Have a healthy dose of skepticism of anything that is peddled by the mass media and government. I'd like to meet someone locally, at least within driving distance. We could have a short video chat to get a sense of each other and, if we strike a chord, have a coffee chat and walk.
