He sees photography as an "an international art without geographical and cultural boundaries." Shayan says that photography does depend a lot on the photographer and their insight and talents.
Although there are many limitations on fashion in his home country, Iran, he says that many fashion suppliers and photographers are making headway. Many of the fashion trends from Europe have made their way to Iran, which has been a great change. He also hopes to see changes in the photographic industry, where there can be no limitations and photographers are free to express themselves.
He speaks of how fashion photography has developed so much, as marketing specialists have recognized how important creative commercial photography is to businesses. It is also a way for fashion photographers to express their work and make a living simultaneously.
