There is a campaign called "One Armenian, One Article" that has recently been launched. The main goal of this campaign is to make sure that there will be more articles that are written in the Armenian language at Wikipedia. The thing is, when Armenians are searching for quality information online, they are unable to find some that are written in their native language. This makes it harder for them to grasp the information that they need. This campaign is actually very successful with the Wikipedia page of Armenia having hundreds and thousands of new articles that are just being checked out. As much as possible, Armenians are making sure that they will share their knowledge on things that they consider important to them because of their cultures and traditions. Aside from common folk who would love to write articles for free or would just like to share their knowledge to the world, there are also some well known Armenian personalities who are making it a point to make their own articles that are related to the industry that they move in or just related to items that they appreciate a lot. The great thing about this is that it does not matter whether the article has been written by an ordinary person or has been written by a celebrity. All of the articles are valued equally as long as they give people the information that they may need. If you are interested in seeing the articles, checking out the page is possible.
