About Me: I'm educated (BA, MFA, JD in 2009), traditional in some ways but not in others. I'm studying law (a graduate professional degree in the U.S.) because of my interest in human rights work and in serving refugees in the Middle East. I have a lot of other interests, but not much time for them since I went back to school. Some of them are writing and translating poetry, fishing, and cooking.
I am Eastern/Oriental Orthodox Christian and hope to marry someone in the Orthodox Church or the Eastern Rite Catholic Church and live at least part time in the Middle East, and that's why I'm on this Armenian dating site. I am open to a relationship with a Protestant who likes Orthodoxy/comes from an Orthodox background.
My ethnic/genetic background is German and Irish. English is my native language, I speak Turkish well, and I know a little Arabic and Persian. I'd be very happy to learn Armenian in the right situation (i.e. living in Armenia/attending an Armenian Orthodox church/being married to an Armenian and involved in the Armenian community that way).
